Matinèe have been the official tribute band of Franz Ferdinand. The name was given by the band itself that wanted to know them and have them as guests for a whole day in the backstage of the Traffic Festival of Torino. Matinee are an italian but now London-based band that after a long maturation process and several dates in some of the most fashionable clubs of the middle Italy, chooses the inedited way of coming out with a first EP titled "The Modern EPness" which gains a considerable success, also thanks to the support of Music Force and Load Up Communication, which currently deal with the promotion and the press office.
