MatchPoint is a Bulgarian band with 5 members: Vanya Shtereva (vocals), Hristo Angelov (quitar), Boris Radilov (chello), Yurii Bozhinov (bass) and Daniel Angelov (drums). The group has become famuous with Vanya Shtereva as a frontman. She is a popular Bulgarian singer and writer. Vanya's known for her eccentric attitude and image. She has written songs for a lot of Bulgarian artists such as Stenli, Antibiotika, Aksiniya, etc. Her first, and only to this date, album is called "In Vitro" and was released in 2003. It gained little success due to poor promotion. Today, Vanya is the vocalist of the group MatchPoint. They released their first single in July 2007 charting #1 on MAD TV BG Top 10. Her first book "Obraztsov dom" was published in 2005 and since then has become one of the best selling books in Bulgaria by a temporary author. In 2007 she wrote her next two books- "100 Neizvineni" and "Fasove". A CD of a live concert of Matchpoint is attached to the book. It includes some of their past songs and 10 brad new ones.
