Mark Timmins is an Australian singer-songwriter. He studied classical guitar at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music before developing a passion for writing his own particular brand of alternative folk music. Mark seeks to write very quiet and intimate music with a clear focus on the special relationship between guitar and voice. Now based in Nürnberg, Mark recorded a demo EP in January 2013. With no multitracking whatsoever and an absolute bare minimum of effects, the EP “Six Songs“ is a very raw document of a collection of very personal songs in their most fundamental state.
