Mark Carpentier started DJ-ing at the age of 17 in local bars and clubs. Later he started DJ-ing on a C-Dance radio show and on C-Dance parties organised at Antwerp clubs. It is in this way Mark played in discotheque Highstreet for the first time. Marc Grouls finally offered him a Friday residency in 1998 after a few years of playing in local clubs. Mark now also plays in club Reflex on Saturdays, again thanks to Marc Grouls who introduced his to the owner of the club. Mark with a K got involved with the boys at Jumper Records where he hooked up with DJ Danny (Danny Corten) with whom he produced the hit „Get On The Floor“.
