Maria Mohn Pettersen (born May 29. 1983, Norway) has her music education from the Norwegian Academy of Music. She is a singer in the Norwegian Soloists Choir and the pricewinning vocalensemble PUST. She is the lead singer in several pop/jazz/soul coverbands. During the last year, she has been inspired to start writing and performing her own music and this was the start of an exciting journey to Marias first album: "Today`s a Yesterday Tomorrow"... The album was released june 17th 2013. Maria finds the answers to almost all of her problems in writing music, therefore she spends most of her time doing just that. The new demo is recorded in Tretopp Studio with producer Torbjørn Alsos Raae playing guitars, thumb piano (on "busy"), bass, choir and drums.
