Mariela Muñoz was born in Santa Cruz, Chile. This chilean artist began as a backup singer on the popular show 'Pase lo que Pase', of Televisión Nacional de Chile. After that, she quit to devote herself to her own singing career. Her musical genre is electro-acoustic pop and her album 'Voy a Cantar' is a delicate and modern production, with excellent acoustic arrangements to pop, ballads and even folk music.
