Maquina Total was a popular series of dance music compilations by the Spanish label Max Music. The compilations always contained seperate tracks by a variety of artists and, most importantly, one megamix of all those separate tracks. In total, from 1991 to 1998, 11 compilations were released. At first there were two releases a year, but from volume 6 on the compilations were released annualy.
