Eskandar Ebrāhimi Zanjāni known as Mansour Narimān (Persian: منصور نریمان) (born 1935 in Mash'had, Iran) is an Iranian Barbat (Oud) player, researcher and writer. Mansour Narimān was born in an artist family. He became acquainted with music when he was a child under the tutelage of his father. First he began with Tar and Setar and then he continued with Barbat (Oud) when he was 16. He was invited to Mashhad Radio in 1958, and became the principal of its music programs and in 1965 he came to Tehran and performed in programs like Golhā, Taknavāzān, Sāz-e Tanhā as an Oud player. In addition to playing, Narimān has written several books on oud as well. He has trained lots of students and now he is an instructor in Fine Arts University.
