Mamie Perry was an American R&B singer, who first recorded as Mamie Ree for the Combo label in Los Angeles, CA, in 1955, with sessions following for Flash in 1957 (released as Mamie Jenkins), again for Flash in 1958 and Pioneer around 1959. Material from the 1958 and 1959 sessions were released under the moniker Mamie Perry, with The Gus Jenkins Orchestra backing her on Flash in 1958.
