In 2006, an event happened to Justin Ratliff that inspired him to pick up the guitar. After two months of learning and playing Green Day songs, he knew what he wanted to do. He spent two years developing his musical skills until 2008, when he formed Make-Believe Cork. After 6 months of the project, he received an email from Decaydance Records saying that the A&R rep enjoyed his music and would perhaps see him in the future. Thus, an independently released EP is in the works, entitled "Cute Side of the Conversation". Band members include Justin Ratliff (primary songwriter/lyricist, guitarist, vocals) and he is currently looking for members to help round out the line-up. Trivia: - Justin Ratliff was born June 30, 1989.
