Maika Leboutet is a half-Japanese, half-French electronic singer-songwriter from Japan. She was the vocalist for the duo EA (エア) in 2009 for whom she wrote songs for and self-produced their debut album "METEO". In 2013 she began her solo career modeling, producing her own music, and creating her own music videos. Her first album "100 (momo)" was released December 3, 2014, and was crowdfunded on CAMPFIRE by 100 people, from which the album was named. Maika is known for her work with keytars and sythensizers. She is a collector of vintage analog synthesizers, and in 2014 was the face of KORG Japan's keytar line the RK-100S. In the same year, she collaborated with Ono Yumiko, Azuma Hitomi, and Neat's to create the synth album "Hello, Wendy!".
