Madviolet is now known as Madison Violet. MADVIOLET is a Canadian based duo featuring Brenley MacEachern on vocals, guitar & banjo, and Lisa MacIsaac on vocals, guitar, fiddle & lapsteel. With their harmony driven folk-pop songs with fringes of alt-country, these two songstresses have been touring the globe non-stop for the past 6 years. With guest appearances from Clare Kenny (Indigo Girls), Fiachna o' Braonain (Hothouse Flowers) and Julian Wilson (Grand Drive), Madviolet recorded their sophomore record 'Caravan' in London, UK with legendary producer John Reynolds. From Australia, Switzerland, England, Ireland, Denmark, Canada and the United States, Madviolet have honed their show into a solid set of humorous road stories and 'tumbleweed folk'.
