Madu, aka Madu765, is a Brazilian funky-jazz instrumental project lead by musician, writer, producer and DJ Otávio Madureira. It is entirely recorded in a PC, with all instruments plugged "in line", using at most one microphone. All drums and beats are programmed. All the songs of this project are written by Otávio Madureira, that also produces, program drum loops, play guitar, bass, act as the DJ (scratches and samplings), records and mix all the songs. The idea is to create the best sound with the simpler equipment (a PC, some softwares, a mixing soundboard and a microphone). In this new album (the 5th of its career), Madu counts with the participation of 11 MCs and 14 musicians, along the songs, simulating a virtual jam. Some of the musician that are featured together in some tracks don't even know themselves and weren't together in the recording.
