Mad Medicine (stylised as MAD MEDiCiNE) was a five-member idol group from Japan, formed April 17th, 2022. The group went through a full lineup change on January 7th, 2025, and rebranded to the name Madmed (stylised as MADMED) rather than keeping the Mad Medicine name with the new system. As a result of the name difference, Madmed’s music is on a separate Lastfm profile and you can find information about the new system elsewhere. The group’s slogan is “Be madly independent” (狂おしいほど、依存して). The final line-up of active members in Mad Medicine was: Natsuki Jam (red) - a founding member Tsukimiya Rucia (white) - a founding member Q Sanso (green) - joined October 3rd 2022 Alice Ria (pink) - joined March 1st 2023 Yuiitsu Muni (blue) - joined March 1st 2023 MAD MEDiCiNE released ten digital singles with this lineup, alongside a full-length album (MAD MEDiCATiON) and a mini-album (Ichiban Shiawase na Shinkata).
