Body-Piano-Machine or BPM is the debut solo album by MaJiKer - a Paris-based musician and producer originally hailing from Birmingham. MaJiKer (aka Matthew Ker) is the production talent behind French chanteuse Camille’s award winning albums "Le Fil" and "Music Hole" - which climbed to the top of the charts in France - and has made her an international success. BPM uses sounds derived from the body, a piano and machines. Beyond the concept that runs through the album lies strong songwriting, catchy pop, and emotional electronica. All wrapped together in MaJiKer’s undeniable production skill. In addition to his own vocals, MaJiKer is joined by a number of guests, including Camille, Indi Kaur (a muse of Talvin Singh) and China Moses.
