M. G. Sreekumar is a two time National Award winning Indian playback singer and music director who works mainly for Malayalam Films. M.G Sreekumar made his debut in the Malayalam movie Poochakkoru Mookkuthi. He has sung more than 3000 songs[1] across a number of films in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Telugu. He took up music direction in the Malayalam films 'Achanayaanaikishtam' (2001), Chathurangam(new) and 'Thandavam'(2002). Sreekumar is now making his début as music director in tamil in Priyadarshan's new Tamil venture 'Kanchipuram'.
