MC Gey, also known by his real name Jakub Rafael, is a Czech rapper, poet, illustrator and writer. He is best known for his work with the groups Actionday Crew and Ty Nikdy. He began rapping in 1999 and joined Actionday Crew in 2005. Some of his most notable albums include 'Turbulence negativních dobrot' (2010), 'Imaginarium naprosto běžných podivností' (2011) with DJ Fatte, and 'RλP-LIFE' (2016) which was nominated for a Czech music award. He has collaborated with many Czech hip-hop artists such as Prago Union, Kato, Luzer, Boy Wonder and DJ Fatte. MC Gey is known for his lyrical wordplay, storytelling abilities and tackling of taboo social topics in his music. He continues to be an influential figure in the Czech hip-hop scene.
