There are at least two different bands called Luvin' Kind, both from the 1960s. 1. Luvin' Kind was a short-lived R&B combo of the mid-1960s from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Members included Beauchamp Colclough, Billy Creavey, Davy McFerran, Dessie Cherry and Sammy Woods. They released only a few recordings, primarily on the 1966 compilation LP, 'Ireland's Greatest Sounds: Five Groups from Belfast's Maritime Club'. 2. Luvin' Kind was a Canadian band of the 1960s, formed in St. Boniface, Winnipeg, MB in 1966. First lineup included: Eddie Leclair - lead guitar, Jerry Leclair - bass guitar, Gerry Matte - drums and Bob Blow - keyboards. This band was sometimes credited as Luvin' Kynd.
