Luv City, AKA Kenn Yamanaka, was Born in 1966 in Japan. In 1986, Ken Moved to New York and Went to all the Famous Clubs Like the Palladium, Saint, 70west and So On, Where his Passion for the Music Grew. In 1999, He Finally Moved Back to Japan and Started Producing Own Songs with the Help of Friends under the Name "Luv City". In 2004, his Talent was Discovered and Signed by Harley and Muscle.
