Classical guitarist Luther Enloe is noted for his resonant sound quality, sensitive musicianship and lyrical phrasing. An active recitalist, Luther’s performances have engaged both fellow musicians and music lovers alike. Luther has appeared as a guitar soloist with many ensembles including The Montana State University Chorale, The Dekalb Choral Guild and Peachtree Symphonic Winds. Recent solo recital engagements include performances at The Ford Auditorium in Mt. Berry, Georgia, Max Noah Recital Hall in Milledgeville, Georgia, John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, North Carolina, the Ursuline Centre in Great Falls, Montana, and the Emerson Center for Arts and Culture in Bozeman, Montana. Luther heads guitar studies at Berry College in Rome, Georgia, where he maintains a thriving studio and teaches courses in music. He also presents clinics and master classes at regional high schools, colleges, and music stores. His clinics are designed to motivate students to reach their highest potential with the guitar and are equally accessible to advanced students and beginners. As a pedagogue, Luther is interested in promoting art music and musicianship through the guitar by means of private instruction and through performance, clinics, and master classes. A native of Great Falls, Montana, Luther moved to Athens, Georgia, in 1994 to study classical guitar with John Sutherland.
