Born in Montana and raised from Washington DC to Okinawa Japan, Luke Dowler stumbled upon music at the age of 12. Dusting off his mom's old yamaha 6 string, he decided he wanted to become a songwriter. Years later, after fronting a number of touring bands, Luke is also establishing himself as a solo artist. From the rock and roll to the groovy acoustic, Luke emotive vocals are distinctly his. A live solo show can find Luke employing loops and rhythmic layering, while one with his band is loud and large but still feels personal.
