Nashville singer-songwriter Ludlów approaches her music as an intentional exploration of self-knowledge, mental health, and other concepts that encourage world peace by way of internal peace. Her compassionate, gentle, and relaxed style of folk rock has made her a fixture of the Nashville scene for over 15 years. Influenced in part by her background in yin yoga instruction, art, and photography, Ludlów believes peace requires inner exploration and manifests differently inside each of us.
