Louis Delort is a french musician, singer and composer. He was born in St-Trivier-sur-Moignan, a commune in the Ain department in eastern France. He dropped out of high school at 16 and entered the Conservatory. He applied as a candidate in the first edition of the french version of The Voice, a talent show, in which he came runner-up. He toured France and played concerts in all the major cities along with the other finalists in The Voice Tour. He is the singer for The Sheperds, a band that he formed with his friends in high school. The band's style and influences have changed, along with some of it's members, over the years and following Louis' success from The Voice and his lead role in the musical '1789 Les Amants de la Bastille" the band took on the name "Louis Delort & The Sheperds". Their influences include 'The Beatles', 'Mumford and Sons' and 'The Doors'. He's currently working on his first album with The Sheperds which is to be released in the autumn of 2014.
