Guitarist Mirosław ”Carlos” Kaczmarczyk is the founder, composer and leader of Loud Jazz Band. Situated in Oslo, Norway LJB is a creative electric jazz ensemble mainly composed of very talented Polish and Norwegian musicians. They musically draw on their roots from Poland and Norway producing a melodic and very fresh and exciting progressive jazz rock sound harkening back to Weather Report.
