Artist
Los Tenientes are a piano rock band from Monterrey, México. The line-up consists of Théo Equis (Piano, Vox) and Charles Zetta (Drums, Back-ups). They formed in early 2006 and have been producing their demos at Charles' home studio ever since. It's really hard to define the genre or the style, so they've invented the word "tínguililínguili" to have something to call it. Recently they've become notorious in the mexican indie scene due to their lack of guitar, and their refusal to use it.
