It is a Guatemalan band that presents Latin music, merging different musical genres to refresh the ear. He believes in the identity of cultures and how much they can contribute to enjoy good music. Guatemala is a multicultural country, this can bring about identity problems as it has so much to take from, but they seek to show that you can cling to that chirmol of characteristics and elements that surround you. For this reason, these fusions are called Chirmol Latino or Son Chirmol, because it is a well-done jumble of Latin and Western influences. They are just like a Tamal, a kind of surprise box, but wrapped in a banana leaf, you know it will be delicious since you smell it without even having uncovered it. They define their musical style as Chirmol Latino, but in general terms their music varies between Pop Rock and Latin music, such as Reggaeton, Salsa, Cumbia, Bachata, among others. The peculiarity is that most of their tracks have been recorded from home, generating a way of working that is not so conventional to that of a traditional band. Collaborations have not been lacking in his music, with some renowned ones such as: Martha Paredes, official percussionist of Chino & Nacho, better known as "Martimbal", winds by José Villagrán (Trombosé), part of the Malacates Trébol Shop, Otto Cano (trumpet) of Grupo Rana and singer-songwriter Sergio Vesely. In 2022 they are Nominated for "Best Reggae Song 2021" at Estela Awards. User-contributed text is available under the Crea
