Los Cristales is a band originally from Rosario, Argentina, formed at the end of 2015. Their songs cover pop sounds, with strong influences from rock, new wave, post punk, as well as combining elements of Latin American electronic and popular music. They have two published studio works: the EP "Las Buenas Formas del Desencanto", released in July 2016 and the full-length album "El Valle de Espejos", published in 2018. In 2019 the remix album "Reflejos del Valle ”, which consists of four songs from“ El Valle de Espejos ”remixed by Rosario producers Pastachuli, Hipertelia (Gabriel Farben's electronic music project), Silvio Astier and Fede Baronio. In April 2019, Los Cristales received a nomination in the category “Best Pop Album” at the Rosario Edita Awards, for their album “El Valle de Espejos”. The band was also the winner of the 2019 Promotion Call of the National Institute of Music (INAMU), for which its first LP will be released in CD format. At the end of 2019, the ensemble performed for the first time in an electronic format, incorporating a danceable beat into the themes of their two albums. The band is currently in post-production on the Kaleidoscope video.
