Lorraine Craig participated in the British national final for Eurovision 1991, where she finished in 3rd place behind Samantha Janus and Brendan Faye. She started her career in the early 80’s as lead singer with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra. Following this she toured with a number of ‘Big Bands’ providing the lead female vocal for bands such as the ‘Syd Lawrence Orchestra’, ‘BBC Radio Big Band’, ‘BBC Radio Strings’ and the ‘Joe Loss Orchestra’. Playing at every major venue across the UK including the Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Wembley Arena and Ronnie Scotts. Lorraine now concentrates on vocal coaching.
