Waarom hoor je zo weinig soul terug in heavy rock? En mag metal niet swingen? Bij LooD wel. Metal, grunge, soul en zelfs new wave, je vindt het allemaal terug in de heavy groove rock van LooD. Beïnvloed door bands als Prong, Faith No More, Alice in Chains en White Zombie worden pakkende songs het publiek in geslingerd. De inzet van twee zangers, die beiden zowel lead- als achtergrondvocalen voor hun rekening nemen, maakt LooD extra veelzijdig. LooD is opgericht in 2016 en bestaat uit muzikanten met een verleden in o.a. Astrosoniq, ZEUS en The 1.90’s. Begin 2017 werd eerste EP 'Not Even Close' uitgebracht op o.a. iTunes en Spotify.
