Artist
Lon Farron describes his sound quite simply as straight-ahead unadulterated rock. His music combines the best of so many rock styles that it cannot be labeled. Whether it's the lush melodies being driven through mind-numbing distortion, driving rhythms, or the in-your-face vocals moving your soul, the sound is enough to capture audiences of all kinds. Lon's vocal range and stage performance will change the way you perceive the world and the music you hear. Lon started performing at the tender age of five. He taught himself how to play nine instruments and improved his vocal talent. In high school, Lon organized a successful Miami garage band that played festivals, venues of all types, and high school functions. After graduating, he form the rock band "Lift." The four members of "Lift" performed live shows throughout South Florida, playing venues such as Churchill's, Billboard Live, The James L. Knight Center, and Rumi, where the band backed Motley Crue's Vince Neil. Lon has ventured out on his own in the past few years. He has had the opportunity to work with legendary producer Desmond Child and "LIVE" bassist Patrick Dahlheimer. Since going solo, he has been scouted by several industry superpowers, including Limp Bizkit front man Fred Durst, who said, "your voice is great." This praise helped Fernando stay focused and has motivated him to work harder than ever. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
