Loaf Eyes space page http://www.myspace.com/loafeyes I've decided to have a band with myself: it should be raw, primitive, loud r'n'r. As i (finally, again) started reading books heavily these months, it was obvious that i'll be against the clock most of the time. But, i do have a job which gives me a great opportunity to express the feelings and to play the guitar: i work night shifts as Customer Support agent. It means i have at least 5 hours of silence every night i go to work. 'It wont be 5 hours of silence', i decided,'it will be the 5 hours of Loaf Eyes'. Basically, Loaf Eyes is this: I go to work, i take my ACCOUSTIC guitar :D and start doing riffs, lyrics, everything from midnight (GMT+1) till dawn. Then, i record accoustic guitar and vocals using stereo earphones plugged to MIC In. The drums are fake. =( Finally, I go wild on recorded tracks with MONDO MESSED UP and shitloads of similar software effects, so it sounds like this in the end. Riffs, lyrics, recording, mixing- it all must be done in few hours from midnight till dawn. Second part of the idea is to announce recording sessions via MySpace. I don't know why, but i find this idea funny: everyone who'll be interested in Loaf Eyes will know the exact HOUR of new releases. The songs will be uploaded to Loaf Eyes myspace.
