Liz Hogue Liz Hogue is from Philadelphia. She is an R&B soul singer best known for the song "Dream Lover". The track is one of several quality dance tunes on her Vicious & Fresh album. Albums: (1989) Vicious & Fresh Chris Jasper produced, wrote, and/or played on just about every track on here, and the album's got the same classic 80's smooth soul sound as the best of the Isley Jasper Isley albums from the time. Add to that Liz Hogue's tough soul vocals, and you've got a record that was one of the better soul albums to come out at a time when there was not much good soul being made.
