Bulgarian-born artist, performer, and songwriter Liya is ready to take the world by storm. She grew up nurtured by music, where over half her family are musicians, which led her to follow her lifelong dreams of becoming a recording artist. Since graduating Berklee College of Music in 2019, she has continued to spend her time writing and recording as much as possible. She is a natural performer, having spent countless nights performing across New England as well as Bulgaria, NYC, and Philadelphia. Liya has been a guest on all major Bulgarian morning shows, including “Before Noon” and “100% Awaken”, calling her “Bulgaria’s hope beyond the ocean”. She's also been interviewed by Bulgaria’s top news source, 24 Hours, which calls her “Bulgaria’s rising star”. Her first single, Past Lives, was released in 2018, with follow-up singles Mother Medusa and Tax Deductible. In the future, she hopes to keep performing and creating new and exciting tracks to keep pushing the needle forward.
