Artist
Vocalist Lissa Hanner moved to Colorado as a little girl and grew up in Colorado Springs CO. She began her performing career in local saloons in Colorado Springs at the tender age of 16. An instant crowd-pleaser, she developed a local following, an extensive repertoire, and a burning desire to make a mark in music. This desire led her, like many before her, to Tennessee: first to Knoxville, where she first began recording original music, and then to Nashville where she continued to write and record her music while performing at notable venues such as the Bluebird Cafe and Douglas Corner. Despite initial success, Lissa never felt the Nashville scene truly clicking with her muse, and returned to Colorado for the mountain atmosphere that had nurtured and inspired her music in the first place. This has resulted in a busy performance schedule ever since, and freed her to hone her skills as a recording artist, culminating in her latest release "It's My Mother's Fault". Lissa continues to perform steadily, both solo and occasionally with a band, winning crowds over with her mellifluous singing and charming stage presence.
