Attila Györffy (aka Dj Liquid) was born in 1985, Budapest, Hungary, definitely the center of the nearby drum & bass scene. After several years of listening to drum & bass music he just got deeper into the scene when he joined a commercial radio station's team. He started to host his own radio show in 2002 with some of his friends who shared his interest in electronic dance music. A year later he hooked up with Axim (aka Károly Széni) which resulted in a really good friendship and a DJ collaboration, well known of their unique mixing style. They have been also organizing gigs in the local area from the small club scenes to bigger ones. After a long wait he decided that it is time to produce his own music, he was inspired by the following great people: Kemal & Rob Data, Cause 4 Concern, Stakka & Skynet, EBK, Klute, Chris.SU & SKC, Break & Silent Witness, Vicious Circle, and Calibre, High Contrast, Duo infernale from the roller/deep side of drum & bass. Besides that he got influences from so many other styles too, like ambient, hip hop and trip-hop and many more. He moved to London to work at Last.fm to use his web development skills to keep the social music revolution alive.
