Artist
The creator of this music was a young German in his late teens. The music was composed around 1991-1994 on an Amiga 500 using the "Deluxe Music Construction Set" software. The computer was hooked up to a Yamaha keyboard via MIDI. Unfortunately, the original files seem to have disappeared, and only analog cassette recordings exist which have been converted into MP3 recently to make the music available to today's audiences. The artist's main influences were Erasure, Depeche Mode, the Pet Shop Boys and Bronski Beat. In spite of his great ambitions, his musical career got stuck when he switched from the Amiga to a PC because he was not able to find any affordable software for the new platform that would allow him to compose music using notes instead of numbers and graphs.
