Lima van Hees is an Antwerp artist, producer and singer/songwriter. In her electronic music, she combines different esthetics and alternates them in surprising ways. Glitchy sounding eccentric beats and creative chord progressions plunge in to make the brain whirl, and leave you with a big smile. Lyrics go from universal love clichés, all the way to messages of hope for our polarizing society. With her pop songs, she intends to bring healing to a chaotic world in a light-hearted manner, and support people struggling with their mental health. Her absolute “girl crushes” are Caroline Polachek, FKA twigs and Addison Rae. With her unique voice, Lima graduated from PXL Music as singer/songwriter in 2024.
