Lil'Em, born Michael Allen Haynes, delivers his rhymes straight from the heart and uses his pain for inspiration in order to entertain any listener. Lil'Em was born in Tampa, Florida on December 12, 1987 and was transplanted in small town life in Nitro, West Virginia. The people of Nitro were never able to understand this young kid who dressed, talked, and acted "black." He had a few scuffles with the NPD and is continued to be harrassed by the police. Lil'Em has rapped with several groups including WV Twins, Devious Designs, and currently Bomb-Town Entertainment with P-Haze and Slim. They took the name from the fact that Nitro is the location where Nitroglycerin was manufactured for the bombs during WWII. My Life Demos was produced by Robert Haynes (Berea Electric Phantasm) with Sense of Life Records in June of 2005.
