Lights Dim & Endless Melancholy is a collaboration of two artists, started somewhere in 2012. Lights Dim is an ambient outfit of Marek Kamiński from Krakow, Poland. Project sound consists of acoustic instruments such as piano and guitar, blended with computer generated soundscapes, as well as sound samples and field recordings. The outcome of this combination is quite minimal in its form, bearing resemblance to ambient and neoclassical music. Endless Melancholy is a solo-project of self-taught musician, Oleksii Sakevych, from Kiev, Ukraine, started in November 2011. Endless Melancholy was launched to express the passion and love to minimal piano and ambient music. Their first Soft Steps EP was out 21 Mar 2013.
