The LightBulb Thieves – a brand new urban band set to make shockwaves in the music world – have already been hailed as the UK’s version of the Black Eyed Peas....... Despite being unsigned, the foursome have already had one of their tracks snapped up to appear in the upcoming dance movie Streetdance 3D. .... Their debut release Work It Out (Sugabitch) will appear on the soundtrack for the dance flick alongside the likes of Cheryl Cole, N-Dubz and Pixie Lott. .... Work It Out plays a central part in the movie and, uniquely, even features a sample from the popular classical piece Sugar Plum Fairy. .... It speaks volumes that they are the only band on the album that do not have a record deal. .... When movies bosses heard their record, they liked it so much that they immediately struck a deal with them to use the track in their film. .... Now record labels are bidding for the band – made up of Terry, Joanne, Andrew and Leon. .... The LightBulb Thieves have also been compared to the highly successful US group Black Eyed Peas who are, likewise, made up of three male and one female members. ....
