This one-man outfit belongs to Dmitry Koteshov, better known for his involvement in Clover Club and Belarusian indie scene. His new and solo recordings as life on marx are dedicated to "journeys undertaken both in sleep and when awake, together with tales of human relations in an urban setting." Being the songwriter and producer, Dmitri also plays all the instruments and does the mixing. The musical style varies from touchy indietronica to rather nasty techno-pop. His debut album as life on marx entitled "hypnos" was released on September 9, 2015 on Belarusian multi-label "Piarshak" .
