Originally hailing from Cork City in the Republic of Ireland, Liam McKahey now resides in Australia. Liam was previously the lead singer in the band Cousteau. Together they released three albums, one of which went Gold in Italy, where they enjoyed great success, and sold over 350,000 copies worldwide. Liam is now releasing a solo album, “Lonely Road”, on the Series 8 label. Recorded with his new band, The Bodies, the album is a mixture of country, gothic and rock. Hope you enjoy it. The album was released on 20 April 2009 . Liam has recently recorded the vocals on three tracks of the album Someway Still I Do by Alessandro Magnanini. Livin' My Life can be heard here on Last FM and on Alessandro's My Space page. All tracks from the album are available from iTunes and Amazon, the actual CD release in Italy is 13 November and worldwide will be early next year.
