Liam Finn was born in 1983 in Melbourne, before moving to New Zealand as a child. His Father, Neil Finn, was a famous musician known for his work in the bands Split Enz and Crowded House. Liam is a singer/ songwriter, who is well known as the front man for the New Zealand band Betchadupa. This year (2007), Liam released a solo album called 'I'll Be Lightening', with EJ Barnes as the backing vocalist. Since Crowed House rejoined at the beginning of 2007, Liam has become part of its touring band. Liam has also worked on a few movie soundtracks for the films 'I am Sam' and 'Rain'. Eliza Jane Barnes is the second oldest daughter of Australian rock legend Jimmy Barnes. Her success began at an early age, when she formed the band The Tin Lids with her siblings, Jackie, Mahalia, and Elly-May. Their debut album 'Hey Rudolph' sold over 100,000 copies. After high school EJ joined her dad's band as a backing vocalist, and eventually began writing and recording her own music. At the age of 22, EJ had already collaborated and toured with some of Australia's most well known artists, such as Mark Lizotte, Richard Clapton and Liam Finn. Her recent album 'There and Back' was recorded last year in Sydney, and was produced by Mark Lizotte and Richie Goncalves.
