Lia Fail is a neofolk band from Bologna, Italy. As in the "classic brown and grey area" tradition, Lia Fail's ballads, completely acoustic and played without any electronic device, are accompanied with soft slight guitar arpeggios and now sustained with martial and minimal drums. Elisa and Tiziana and Andrea's deep voices sing anti-militaristic and very introspective themes. The group played live with Argine, Ostara, Hekate, Das Ich, Endraum, Stalingrad, In My Rosary, Spiritual Front and The Green Man. On March 2007 Lia Fail played for the third time at "Siddharta Club" (Prato, Italy), opening the Sol Invictus' concert to introduce new tracks from the album "Leipzig".
