Leszek Cichoński (born November 25, 1957 in Wrocław ) – Polish blues-rock The guitarist, vocalist , composer , and the arranger . Author of textbooks for guitarists and educational programs on TVP, lecturer at music workshops. Creator of the Thanks Jimi Festival in Wrocław dedicated to Jimi Hendrix , during which the Guitar World Record and Guinness World Record are broken. Author of the guitar courses "Blues – Rock Guitar Workshop" and "Guitar ABC". Member of the ZPAV Phonographic Academy and the ZAiKS Association of Authors. Lecturer at music workshops in Bolesławiec, Brodnica (Music Camping), and Sczawnica ( Musical Sheepfold ), among others. Career He made his professional stage debut in the band CDN (with Paul Kukiz ) during the Rock on the Island event in 1981. In 1982, during their performance at the Jarocin Festival, the group was immortalized in the documentary Jarocin '82. He has been played with many international artists such as Kenny Carr, John Jaworowicz, Carlos Johnson , Tony McPhee, Pistol Pete, Stan Skibby, John Tucker and performed at the largest blue festivals in the world, including the Monterey Bay Blues Festival in California and the Narooma Blues Festival in Australia. In 1992, he found the band Blues – Rock Guitar Workshop (later Guitar Workshop), members that's included Vladimir Krakus , Jerzy Styczyński , and Jerzy Piotrowski .
