Leons Massacre is the Austrian post-hardcore Anvantgarde and certainly one of the weirdest combos that Europe has to offer. After the guys have set up in 2009, they started directly with their first Demo-Song. July, 2010, the next two Songs and a video didn´t take a long time. Immediatley afterwards the guys went into the recording studio again; this time for perpetuating their debut album on CD. “World=Exile” was recorded in only three studio days and was released in November 2011 with Deafground Records. Instead of taking a break, they signed the Label-Deal with NOIZGATE Records and recorded the next album “Turning Point”. The name of the album title is not only for their musical changes, but also for the turning point, Steve Massacre, one of the founding members, left the band. The release date is the December 7th 2012. Looking forward to a cutting-edge genre mix with Rap sections, clean vocals and guttural shouting parts. So beware of Austria madness!
