Birmingham, Alabama native singer/songwriter, Lee Anna Culp got her first break when her song “Whatever will be” from 2010 release, Bells and Doves was featured in several countries across Southeast Asia on a promo for FOX’s third season of hit show Glee. The two-minute, thirty-second ballad serves as an anthem for any jaded, young musician facing an uncertain future. The song isn’t structurally typical, making the placement of “Whatever will be” in the commercial an even bigger personal victory for Lee Anna. “I love that song. But it was sort of the black sheep of Bells and Doves– the last song on the album. It didn’t even have a real chorus…just one streaming thought, but it summed up the album perfectly. And now all these folks in Taiwan are tweeting me telling me it touched their hearts.” The trailer can be viewed on YouTube. After four years of independently writing and recording her songs from her home-town, alongside producer and friend, Ryan Swift, Lee Anna Culp made her move to Nashville in May of 2011. Since the move, she’s been spotted at countless Nashville-style writer’s rounds and is a featured artist on local radio show “Real Life Real Music, Songwriter Feature Series.” Lee Anna has also been doing some traveling, playing everywhere from the Room 5 in Los Angeles all the way back to the Basement in Nashville. “Being in Nashville should count as a second degree in music. As long as you’re willing to set your ego aside and realize you’re one of thousands, you
