There are currently two artists known as Lauren McLeod. 1) Lauren McLeod is an 18 year old artist from South West London, UK. She began writing music at the age of 13 when she first picked up a guitar, but did not start performing originals until she was 16. Growing up on a diet of David Bowie and Kate Bush introduced to her by her mum, at the age of 14 she stole a load of her Dad's old CD's and band merch, and would grow to have a love for shoegaze artists such as Curve and My Bloody Valentine, as well as American artists like Pavement and Elliott Smith.
