Laura Põldvere (born 30 August 1988) is an Estonian singer best known for representing Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 as a member of the girl group Suntribe. She began her career in 2005 by participating in Eurolaul 2005 with the song "Moonwalk", which finished in second place. Although she did not win as a solo artist, she went on to win the competition as part of Suntribe. The group represented Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 with the song "Let's Get Loud". In 2007, Põldvere competed in Eurolaul 2007 with the song "Sunflowers", placing third. In September 2007, she released her debut studio album, "Muusa". She subsequently enrolled at Berklee College of Music in Boston, United States, temporarily pausing her music career to pursue studies. In 2009, she returned to competition by entering Eesti Laul, the new national selection format for the Eurovision Song Contest, with the song "Destiny", which placed third.
