Late Nite Romeo hailed from the Stuttgart area in Southern Germany and specialized in hard rock. The band was formed in 1996. The group appeared at the Wacken Open Air in 2000. The band had previously opened for Uriah Heep and Gotthard among others. Late nite romeo have a different twist, a German heavy metal band that kicks bud and is not in the power metal subgenre. Late Night Romeo sounds like the bastard child of Wildside (vocally) and World War III (sonically). “Horrible Lust” and its straight ahead metal fist to the face attitude is a most welcome break from the majority of quality metal releases from Europe.
